The precision of winding machine and automatic winding machine is related to many factors, such as the precision of spindle speed control, the precision of winding machine, the motion precision of winding mechanism and the incoming tension. This paper analyzes the structure, motion mode and control of the winding mechanism, the influence of the coil layer shape and layer quality by using the design and debugging examples of the winding machine.
1. Winding mechanism of winding machine
