All the parts for this machine are imported prats,such as:Japan Bearing (NSK、NTN),Japan BANDO belt ，U.S.A GATES belt ，Taiwan Ball screw (TBI)，Taiwan AC Drive and so on.

The machine use  two spindle synchronous design, selection of high-power phase motor, making a thick wire around the low-speed torque when larger and more stable. Coupled with high-power stepper motor ,when it rotates will get higher accuracy, so that customers to feel save time,save worker,high production.

1. Dot matrix LCD with big screen of 192 x 64, Chinese characters, contrast ratio  can be set through a potentiometer.
2. Adopt CPLD technology with high reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
3. Adopt FLASH ROM for storing 10 sections of winding information, each winding  data can be named respectively，any kind of winding can be called at any time,and 
 the data will not be lost when power-down.
4. Only need to input the simple parameters to automatically generate winding  information, operation is fast and simple to make so-many steps products more 
convenient.
5. Turning angle / indexing, transmission ratio of winding arrangement shaft can be  selected along with the mechanism design and moving speed can be adjused 
within the range of 0 ~ 99%.
6. Winding arrangement shaft’s parameter can be set with the way of alignment  and  the debugging equipment is convenient for using.
7. Winding speed can be set within the range of 0 ~ 99% and the actual speed 

depends on the transmission ratio.
8. You can stop winding in winding process for manual winding arrangement or

 selection of any other winding slot.
9. It can test all electronic components easily whether normal or abnormal.
10.Automatic fault distinguishing functionü.
